Jerome founded JK&K Global in 2010 and navigates the fast-changing media landscapes on behalf of his clients by employing the best staff and methodologies available to the market. He began his agency career at Carat, before joining Fashion & Luxury specialist Red Media and, when the business was sold to BLM, becoming MD of the newly created BLM Red, where he led the agency to exponential growth in the fashion and luxury goods sector. Several clients made the leap with him to JK&K and are still with the agency today.
Jerome and the JK&K Global team continue to evolve and expand the business as a trailblazing enterprise, committed to exploring new creative approaches that champion experiential and emotional consumer connections.
Constantine joined JK&K Global as a partner in 2013, following ten years at KR Media, a WPP Group company.
As a founding director of KR Media, set up to service the LVMH account, he headed up its £60 million UK media investment and worked closely with both local and central clients to drive planning and trading strategies.
His extensive work across all of the LVMH brands has given him a far-reaching perspective on the Fashion & Luxury sector whilst also allowing him to develop the most senior relationships within the media owner landscape.
Driven by the conviction of specialism, Constantine offers a wealth of experience, more recently in navigating the blend of brand and performance marketing for our partner clients.
Joanna started her career at KR Mediacom, spending three and a half years focused on the LVMH beauty portfolio (including Parfums Christian Dior, Acqua di Parma and Benefit), managing large-scale multi-channel media campaigns from the start.
She spent a further year and a half on the group’s fashion and jewellery brands (including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Céline, Loewe, De Beers and Bulgari), continuing to develop innovative approaches across the luxury group.
Joanna then moved to Cream, leading several multi-million accounts, whilst also being instrumental in securing new clients, such as Charlotte Tilbury and Land Securities. Joining JK&K in 2017 marked the next step in her focus on fashion, beauty and luxury, leading the agency’s specialist and bespoke approach.
Sarah started her media career at an obscure and long-gone international B2B shop. After several years of trying to escape the international B2B scene she admitted defeat, joining SMI (subsequently sold to Publicis) to establish a media department.
In 1995 Sarah set up Just Media, a media independent specialising in international B2B, and founded Just Media, Inc. in San Francisco two years later. The UK company was sold to the Aegis Group in 2005 and the US company still thrives as an independent.
These days Sarah runs a small international OOH specialist, travels as much as she can, and speaks several languages badly.
Stephen Quinn was the publishing director of Vogue for 25 years, from 1992 to 2017, and a board director of its owner, Condé Nast. Stephen joined the company in 1988 to launch the men’s magazine GQ. It is about to celebrate its 30th anniversary and is both profitable and successful. From 1976 to 1988, Stephen worked as advertising director and then publisher of Harpers & Queen, a significant rival to Vogue in the glossy magazine market.
His first media sales job was at the super-trendy magazine Nova, which celebrated the alternative lifestyle of late 1960s London with panache.
When Stephen arrived in London in 1961, he didn’t know a single person. He trained as an accountant, discovered the wonderful joy of magazine publishing, and the power of the expense account and fashionable restaurants. Today, he can claim to have a substantial address book and lots of loyal friends.
Steve has enjoyed a long career in media and advertising agencies, including being a founding director of Zenith, starting up Booth Lockett Makin and Quantum Digital, as well as buying Red Media, where he first met Jerome. Since selling the agency to Havas, Steve has spent time more recently acting as a strategic and operational advisor to a limited number of agencies, tech businesses and media owners.
Steve joins the JK&K team to help evolve a set of strategic and operational goals so that the agency moves quickly and with confidence to continue to harness the ever-changing opportunities for advertisers across the media landscape.
